Suzanne worked for in two roles - as a portfolio
manager within the digital programme of work
and, reporting directly to me leading the work
required to ensure the department could ramp up
to manage a 25% increase in the UK change
budget.
In her portfolio manager role she excelled at

Demand for change far outstripped both budget
